On January 6, an update was made with an early version of multiple languages support in modules.
What is available now is an early version that requires quite a lot of manual hands-on, but there are plans to introduce automatic translation via Google translate to make it more user-friendly.
There is an article in the Help center under Guides> Author called How to add multiple languages to a module where the feature is described and there are instructions on how to use it.
