Check if the file size is over 300 MB. In that case the video has to be re compressed or uploaded to another video site such as Youtube. To re compress the video for instance the program Handbrake can be used.
If the file size is smaller than 300MB, check that the video is in mp4 format. If it is another format, the video has to be re compressed.
