On September 24th, an update was made that includes a new report function in LP

What's changed?

A function for an advanced report has been developed.

The biggest difference is that you can run a report for a number of courses at the same time.

Please note that only people with the Customer Administrator or higher level of authority have access to this function.

In the menu, select Admin > Results.

The Advanced Report option will then appear on the page. Click on it.

This will open a page where you can select which courses you want to include in the report. You can only display Programs, Modules, Other and All if you want a shorter list.

You can also enter a word that should be included in the name to filter more closely.

You can add what you searched for, then do a new search and add one or more activities that you want to include in the report.

If you have multiple activities with the same name, you can hover your mouse over the title. The activity ID number will then be displayed in the portal so you can choose which one is of interest

We recommend that you save the report as excel.

Then you can do your own filtering, calculations and extract pretty much whatever you want from the results.
