Update August 9th

mceclip0.png

On August 9th, an update was made that contains a number of improvements and bug fixes.

Changes in Author:

Sorting of templates

To make it easier to find in the list of templates, they are now sorted alphabetically. The division Present, Practice and Reflect remains and the templates are sorted alphabetically within each area.

Listing of templates

The listing could be a little too long so that you could not see the templates that were at the bottom completely. This has been fixed so the listing should be easy to read.

Tables in text

A bug has been fixed. The bug meant that tables were only displayed if the default text size was used. Now any text size can be used in tables.

Display of Preview (inside Author)

Sometimes the display of pages in Author failed to load correctly. You then had to select another page and then go back to the page you wanted to edit. This has been fixed so that the display should be correct every time.

Copying subpages

Previously, you could not duplicate subpages. This has been changed so it is now allowed.

Changes in the Player (displaying modules):

Subpages sometimes didn't load background image

Under certain conditions, the background image for subpages was not displayed. This has been fixed so they should display correctly.

Performance/Faster loading

Some customers who do not have a perfect internet connection have experienced that the material takes too long to load. Work has therefore been done to reduce the amount of data that needs to be loaded when a module is to be displayed. Note that this is the first step. So far, it only applies to modules. Plans still load the same way as before. We don't want to make too many changes at once, but when we see that what has been done so far does not cause other problems, we can introduce a solution for plans as well.

Changes in the Player (showing plans):

Notification when plans are opened without being logged in

The message that is shown when plans are opened and there is no contact with the progress reporting was a bit technical. This has been changed so the user should understand that the problem is probably that he is not logged into the system.
